We are Barbara and Kristin, a mother/daughter team who would like to lose weight and have fun at the same time. We feel that we can win the biggest loser Match-up challenge because of our competitive spirit and desire to adopt healthier lifestyles. We have a long list of reasons for wanting to lose weight: lower blood pressure and cholesterol, fit in "normal people" clothes, be able to keep up with the rest of our "skinny" family members, be able to obtain health insurance, be able to conceive children...the list could go on and on. As we are an extremely competitive family, we feel that the best weight loss plan should include a competition. So each week mom and I will compete to see who can lose the most lbs. The winner will get to make the other do something during the next week. For example: eat plain baked chicken every day for dinner, walk dog for 45 minutes every day (in addition to regular exercise plan), or any other creative and healthy ways to encourage each other to keep achieving our weight l |
